After 60 years of farming the Lee family has decided to retire and put their equipment up for public auction. Join us LIVE on April 17th for this premier farm retirement auction! This auction features a full inventory of farm equipment ranging from late model John Deere tractors that includes a 2015 9620R on triples as well as a 2012 54 ft. Bourgault Air Seeder, John Deere 1770 CCS 24 Row Planter along with tillage equipment, semis and trailers. There will also be a 2017 John Deere R4045 sprayer up for bids. The Lee family has done regular maintenance on this equipment keeping it in immaculate shape. They will be doing regular scheduled maintenance this winter as they always do to ensure these items will be ready to go to work on your operation.

The Rademann Property is a beautiful combination farm that has been in the same family for generations and has not been offered at public auction before.  It has lots of open land that is being used for permanent pasture and ha y production, some ridge tops and some Osage River bottoms, the balance is in mature timber that has never been commercially harvested.  The Osage County FSA Office calls for 177.34 acres of open land.  The farm has the stone house that was occupied by two generations of the Rademann Family, it is a two-bedroom structure with a full basement that was last occupied by Elmer.
