AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Archer Farms, Inc will sell 720+ acres at ABSOLUTEPUBLIC AUCTION, on Tues., November 19, 2024 at the American Legion in McDonald, Kansas.
TRACT 1 is an EXCELLENT half section of level farm ground located on Hwy 36 just west of McDonald, Kansas. It is nearly 100% Class II soils, Kuma and Keith silt loam. This tract also receives royalty from a producing oil well located on the southern property line.
TRACT 2 is all rolling farm ground located 7½ miles south of Hwy 36. It is planted to 2025 wheat.
TRACT 3 is a nearly level, SPECTACULAR tract located 3 miles south ½ mile east of McDonald. It is nearly all Class II soils and is planted to wheat for the 2025 harvest.
TRACT 4 is a nice quarter with 91 acres of nearly level farm ground, nearly all of which is Class II Keith silt loam, along with 69.9 acres of fenced pastureland.
