The Garners are retaining their house and support buildings so they will not be apart of the auction.
The Garner Property has a farm tenant in place for the 2025 crop year, the cash rent is based on a $163.00 per acre calculated on 116 tillable acres, total annual amount $18,880.00. It is paid in two payments $9,440.00 in March the other $9,440.00 in October. The Garners are going to retain the first payment the second payment will be going to the new buyer(s), based on the tillable acres in their tract. Once the property is sold the Ralls County FSA Office will make the final determination as to how many tillable acres are in each tract.
