Founded in 1998 by Larry and Kathy Yingling, the business began with two ServiceMaster franchises in Mt. Sterling and Macomb, Illinois. Over the years, it expanded to serve the surrounding areas, including Quincy, Jacksonville, and Hannibal, Missouri.
