The property will be sold in a total dollar amount. There will be no survey done on the property, it will be sold off the existing legal description. The property has three addresses- 103, 105 and 107 – 11th Street in Crocker, MO with frontage and access off 11th Street which runs the entire length of the north side of the property with a side alley along the west side of the buildings.
